b.Pictures should be as legible as possible. Please send the pictures through E-mail or EMS.
c.Sample size 30cm X 140cm
d.Exhibition materials: ①Product name and item number; ② Quality, components, effective size and width; ③Specification (such as yarn count * numbers of warp and weft); ④ US-dollar price in CIF Shanghai; ⑤ Minimum quantity (such as the minimum quantity of greige cloth); ⑥ Check if there is stock as well as the time needed to produce (☆ the above six items are required); ⑦ Brief description of the product (within 30 words); ⑧ Tips on color fastness (within15 words). Please use appropriate words to fill in.

□  Application form, the contract and the products for exhibition

a.Please read『Application form and contract for exhibition』carefully and fill in the essential information. The persons in charge from both parties shall sign and stamp based on the full understanding of all contents. It takes effect immediately after both parties sign on it. Then please fax to: 0086-(0)571-8825-3273.
b.Please send 30 product pictures together with the original copy of 『Application form and contract for exhibition』to our company with the mailing address below.
Note your company’s name, product name and item number in pencil on the reverse side of pictures.
Products to be exhibited can also be sent through CD, floppy disk or E-mail.
c.It’s better to send us the fabric samples and color card of fabric in stock.
